Funeral services celebrating the life of Judy Vinson Greene will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria with Brother Lyndon Marcotte officiating. Burial will be in Butters Cemetery, Forest Hill.
The family requests that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Alexandria Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 5:00-10:00 p.m. and continued Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Lee Warren, Jr., Wade Clarence Warren, Edward Stokes, Aaron Johnson, Gavin O’Quinn and Joe Gunter.
Mrs. Greene, 71, of Forest Hill, passed from this life on Sunday, January 27, 2019.
Judy enjoyed spending time with her family fishing and sitting around the campfire.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Edward Greene; parents, Jessie and Hazel Crawel Vinson and brother, Jessie Vinson, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Terry Hunter and wife, Aline Orgeron-Hunter; daughter, Debbie Warren and husband, Jerry Warren; sisters, Mary A. Edwards, Diane Springer and Shirley Vinson; grandchildren, Heather Warren Stokes, Jerry Lee Warren, Jr. and wife, Krista Warren and Wade Clarence Warren; great grandchildren, Lydia Stokes and Keith Stokes and a host of other family and friends.
