Heber Charles Parry, 96, of 147 So 1700 W died April 5, 1976, in a Murray hospital of causes incident to age.

Born April 8, 1879 in Redmorley, England to James R. and Leah Lawrence Parry. Married Nellie Tall on March 4, 1907 in Salt Lake City, marriage was later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. High priest, retired farmer and sheepman, former road supervisor, 1927-28 active politician.

Survived by his wife and sons and daughters, Mrs. William (Phyllis) Turner, Union; Archie E., Midvale; Kenneth R., Sandy; Mrs. Clifford (Hazel) Harrison, Salt Lake, Mrs. William K. (Dorothy) Garside, Ogden; Mrs. Elmar (Ardith) Lund, Riverton; Carl A., Pleasant Grove, Leo F. Granger; 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday 1:00 p.m. in the Bluffdale LDS Ward Chapel 14400 So. 1700 W. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, Midvale, Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday at the ward chapel one hour prior to services. Burial Bluffdale Cemetery.
