Born in Lawrence County, AR, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lucy Bailey Quarry.
Mrs. Richey was a member of Glendale Baptist Church in Mauldin, SC.
She is survived by two sons, Rev. Dennis Richey and wife, Linda of Simpsonville, SC, and Bill Richey and wife, Phyllis of Little Rock, AR; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Quarry.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast in Simpsonville, SC. A second visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 2nd at Saffell Missionary Baptist Church in Saffell, AR from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place in Old Lebanon Cemetery near Eaton, AR.
