Mrs. Charlotte Ann Hicks, daughter of the late Earl and Carmen Young was born December 23, 1952 in Beckley, WV. Charlotte was a wife, mom, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She had a huge heart and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She was an amazing cook and always wanted to feed anyone that came around. She loved our savior Jesus Christ and attended Crab Orchard Gospel Tabernacle. Charlotte was baptized August 9, 2015 along with her husband, Billy and daughter, Jennifer. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Billy; her two daughters, Cindy and Jennifer; her four grandchildren (William, Enzo, Emma & Grayce); nine living brothers and sisters (Christie, Christine, Bobby, Richard, Sammy, Gail, Leon, Linda, and Tammy); and many nieces and nephews that were also so important to her. She was preceded in death by her mom (Carmen), dad (Earl), and brother (Billy).
