The former Miss Virginia Dee Forrest was a 1956 graduate of Webster High School in Tulsa. She married Victor Howard on December 27, 1976 in Wichita, Kansas. She worked as a Tax Preparer for H.R. Block for several years. Virginia enjoyed Traveling and studying History. The family request memorials to Clarehouse, 7617 South Mingo Road, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133.
