Billy was born in Lubbock, TX on Dec. 17, 1932. Enlisted in the Army, he served tours in Korea, Okinawa, Viet Nam and Japan. He later worked in civil service at McClellan AFB. His hobbies included photography and working with computers. Billy was actively involved in the Caledonia Club of Sacramento and a member of the National Free Lance Photographers Association.
