Carol Jane Bridwell Patterson went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 14, 2018. She was born in Buffalo, New York on January 10, 1935 to Norman and Frances Geyer. She loved art, painting, horses, bible study and especially worship. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Carol lived out her life with fervent and passionate vision to love all people and share her love for Jesus. She was a regular member of "Church of the Nations," and fondly looked forward to her gatherings with her church family to fellowship, pray, and especially worship with them.
She is survived by her son, John Bridwell; daughter, Jane Bridwell, both of Lubbock; one brother, Jack Geyer of Cleveland, Tennessee; grandchildren, Summer Bridwell, and Travis Derstine. She is preceded in death by her son, Todd Bridwell; her parents; and grandchild, Royce Bridwell.
A memorial service will be held at 11a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Church of the Nations, 5902 11th Place with Pastor Roy Davis officiating.
