Mrs. Lynch was born Feb. 11, 1916, in Crawford, the daughter of the late Albert Goldberg and Ella Elizabeth (Simpson) Alexander. She attended school at Morgan and Crawford. On July 14, 1932, she married Frank Ross Lynch at Canaan Baptist Church Parsonage. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Crawford where she was a member of the Try Class. In earlier years, she was a MYF Leader and assisted with Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed gardening and various types of handwork including sewing and quilting.
After 38 years of marriage, she was preceded in death by her husband, on Sept. 2, 1970.
Survivors include sons, Keith Lynch and wife, Boo, of Crawford, and Lyndon Lynch and wife, Margie, of Crawford; sisters, Bonnie Davis and husband, Billy, and Gwen McNair, both of Waco; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
