Brady, Joseph Franklin
Joe passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Providence Care Hospital in Kingston, Ontario at the age of 68, with his loving wife Sherry by his side. Joe found out on February 2, 2018 that he had brain and lung cancer. Joe is predeceased by his parents Janet and Terry Brady, sister Janet and brother Kevin. Survived by brother Doug Brady and sister Eve George. Beloved father of Adam, Colin and James Brady, stepfather to Michael LeBlanc and father-in-law to Michelle Brady McGrath. Loved brother-in-law of Debbie Morphy (Andy Huckabone), Donna (Daryll) Poll and Ken (Heather) Morphy. Beloved uncle of several nieces and nephews. Joe was a well known and loved musician. He was the founder of “Percy and the Teardrops”. He played in “The Wise Guys”, The City Slickers”, “The Phones”, “Smith and Brady” would be the last band he played with his friend Bernie Smith. Thanks to special friends Roger and Teresa Gagnon, Pat Mullen and Wayne Huff for the fundraiser. He will be sadly missed by musicians and non musicians. We would like to thank Dr. Kondore and her team and the nurses of the palliative ward. Thank You for the great care Joe received. A Celebration of Joe’s life will take place at his home 552 Second St. Gananoque, on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. on, all are welcome.
