Services for Laura Wright, 84, who passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 29 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Cremation will follow services and burial of cremains will be held at a later date in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Art Wright; daughters, Annette (David) Fath, Karen (Rick) Hadden; grandchildren, Jennifer Staple, Melanie Schreurs, Mary Thompson, Lindsay Schreurs; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Dwayne Frazier. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Ardena Frazier; brothers, Don and Dale Frazier, and infant brother, David Frazier.
Visitation will be held 12:30 to 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Overton Funeral Home with family present to greet friends. Memorials may be given to Suncrest Hospice in her name.
