Carolyn Sue Kelley, 71, of Haskell, Ok passed from this life on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in Tulsa, Ok. She was born August 18, 1947 in Mount Vernon, Missouri to John and Wilma Lee (Doss) Taylor.
Sue, as she was better known, attended school in Miller, Missouri and then later at Wainwright before earning her GED. She married Ted Kelley on Dec. 6, 1963 in Mount Vernon, Missouri and they have lived in Haskell for approximately 45 years. Sue was a Supervisor for Advantage Controls in Muskogee. Sue’s most valuable role was a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She never missed any of her kids or grandkids ballgames, unless absolutely necessary. Not many people knew how artistic she was, she could sew, paint and make pottery and was an avid OSU fan. She was a member of the Stone Bluff Baptist Church where she served as Church Secretary and served as a volunteer for the Oklahoma Blood Institute.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents, John and Wilma Taylor, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her husband, , sons, , brother, sister , grandchildren:
