Thomas Michael Clarke was born in Kansas City, KS to William T. and Lillian R. (Burch) Clarke on November 13, 1951. He graduated from Wyandotte High School in Kansas City, KS. He last worked at Embarq located in Gardner, KS for several years before being diagnosed with AML and receiving a bone marrow transplant. He enjoyed volunteering his time and creating jewelry to help the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Tom also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents William T. and Lillian R. Clarke.

Tom is survived by his daughters Ashli Fox and her husband, Mark, of Basehor, KS and Erica Patrick of Olathe, KS; his brothers Daniel Clarke and his wife, Carol, of Kansas City, KS and Peter Clarke of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren Jaxson and Pierceleah Fox of Basehor, KS and Caleb and Aden Patrick of Olathe, KS; his nephews Matthew, Stephen, and Sean Clarke.
