Survived by his Daughters - Tabatha Warner (Johnny), Annie King Son - Gary L Welch, Jr., Mother - Barbara Welch, Former Wife of 35 years - Wilda Welch, , God-Child - Casey Walley, Grandsons - Donavon Welch, Dominick Welch, Gunner Welch, Dakota Warner, Elijah Pierre, Mathew Welch, Granddaughters - Abigail Welch, Ryleigh Pierre, Brothers - George Holmes (Sandra), Troy Welch (Susie Sharp), Thomas Welch, Jr. (Ronnie), Sisters - Debbie Welch (Edward Folks), Pamela Cantwell, and 14 nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his Father - Thomas Welch, Sr., and Granddaughter - Mackenzie Maxine.
