Aaron Micheal Hall, 32, of Richmond, died Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at Research Hospital in Kansas City.
Aaron was born on March 4, 1986, at Truman Hospital in Kansas City, the son of William “Bill” John and Mechelle Lee (O’Donnell) Hall, Jr. He was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Rachelle Lynne Hughes of Hardin, who he first proposed to when she was 16. They were married on February 10, 2013; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include: the loves of his life, his two daughters, Kayley and Natalie Hall, both of the home; his parents William “Bill”, Jr., and Mechelle Hall of Hardin; two brothers: William Hall, III (Allison) of Raymore and Allen Hall of Hardin; one sister, Shoshona Hall of Richmond; his grandmother, Betty Hall of Richmond; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jeff Jantzen (Casey) of Kansas City; nieces and nephews: Nichole Jantzen, Jordan Jantzen, Colton Jantzen, Jason Jantzen, William John Hall, IV, and Zaiden Oliphant; and his faithful companion, his dog Rusty.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Shane Hall.
Aaron was reared and educated in Hardin and graduated from the Hardin High School in 2004. After high school, he attended Vatterott College in Kansas City, where he got his Associate Arts Degree in computer technology. When he was younger, he was a member of a little league state championship team from Hardin and enjoyed sports all of his life. He had worked for Ford Motor Company and in building construction as a carpenter. He also worked for Inventory Sales in Fairfax, KS. He is an Eagle Scout and a Warrior in the tribe of Mic-O-Say and a member of Boy Scout Troop #324 in Richmond. His girls and his family were his everything. His hobbies included playing video games and learning new skills.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Aaron Micheal Hall Memorial Fund. They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street - P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 28, 2019, at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at the funeral home. There will be a Tribe of Mic-O-Say service starting at 4:45 P.M., prior to visitation Sunday evening at the funeral home. Interment will be in Richmond Memory Gardens.
