Norma Fae Beebe Elliott, age 84, of Kuna, Idaho, (formally of Boise), passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her husband and surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 19, 2019. Norma was born at home in Firth, ID May 11, 1934. She attended Firth Elementary and Firth Jr. High then graduated from Snake River High School in Blackfoot, ID in 1952. She then received her certification as an LPN and was working at Sacred Heart Hospital where she met the love of her life Larry "Wayne" Elliott. They were married for 65 years and sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple. They had 7 wonderful children. Norma had many hobbies including gardening, painting, sewing, and cooking, which she passed on to her daughters. She served diligently in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and had faith in the Atonement of the Savior. The family was the center of Norma's life with family gatherings filled with love and laughter. Norma and Wayne served a mission in Salt Lake City, UT, and served at the Boise Idaho Temple and The Bishops Storehouse.
Norma is survived by her husband Larry Wayne Elliott, children; Julie (Treva) Elliott, Peggy (Jon) Steele, Kathleen (Emmett) Cate, Bruce (Sandra) Elliott, Mary (Robert) Clancy, Thomas Elliott, Margo (Ross) Patterson, sisters; Karen Hansen and Zola Warner as well as 34 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Wilson B. Beebe and Marie Childs Dye Beebe, Lavon McGary (Sister), Wilson "Lamar" Beebe (Brother) and Nathan Drew Elliott (Grandson).
A viewing will be held Friday, January 25th 7:00-8:30 pm and Saturday the 26th at 10:00 am with the funeral service at 11:00 all at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, (313. E Deer Flat Rd., Kuna). Interment will follow at Kuna Cemetery (1321 W. Boise St.). Flowers may be sent to Boise Funeral Home (8209 W. Fairview Ave., Boise).
