Randy was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father and mother Warren and Dorothy Campbell, his wife Bettierae Campbell. He is survived by his brother Jim (Debbie) Campbell, son Jason (Kiersten) Campbell, Daughter Jessica (Mike) Campbell, step-son Dodd (Susan) Vanek, niece Christy Campbell and nephew Matt Campbell and 6 grandchildren.

Randy worked for Dasta Construction for 39 years. After he retired he enjoyed being at any bar on Wornall, spending time with his friends, being at The Lake of the Ozarks, canning, and fishing. Randy had the biggest blessing in life, more friends than he could count and the most supporting family and lake family anyone could ask for. He was always trying something new, going new places, making something new. His smile could warm the coldest of hearts and his laugh was infectious He lived each day to the fullest.

A Visitation will take place from 2:00pm to 4:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 4:00pm January 25th at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home. 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
