He was born on June 13, 1958 in Hammond, Indiana, the son of S. Ray Norris and Beatrice (Kaduk) Norris.
Glenn attended the St. Patrick's Chapel in Madison, Indiana, enjoyed all outdoor activities and was an avid camper and fisherman.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father, S. Ray Norris.
Survivors include a son, Ray H. Norris of Deputy, Indiana; his mother, Beatrice Norris of Lyle, Illinois; two brothers, Garry Norris and his wife Valerie of Woodridge, Illinois and Gregg Norris and his wife Leslie of Calumet City, Illinois; five nieces and nephews, Ryan, Melissa, Ashley, Gavin and Avery.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the St. Patrick's Chapel, 305 W. State Street, Madison, Indiana with Father Chris Craig officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 pm on Thursday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Cremation will be entrusted to Collins Funeral Home following Glenn's services.
