He married Doris Buchanan in 1985 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
George was a Fraternal Order of Eagles. He served in the US Air Force from 1967 to 1987.
He was a loving husband Father and Grandfather. George loved working on his yard, going camping and playing golf.
His favorite activity was sitting at the table with his wife Doris and having a good cup of coffee. That was all he talked about in his final days.
He is leaving behind his wife Doris Buchanan; Son George Buchanan; Granddaughter Bernadette Buchanan; Grandson Chase Buchanan.
Funeral Services will be held at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 – 36th St., Ogden, UT on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 11:00am. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and again Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 10:00 – 10:45 am.
