Robert H. Bullard passed away in Hockley, Texas on January 18, 2019 at the age of 86. He was born on August 24, 1932 in Sargent, Texas to the union of Henry Bullard and Beatrice Chambles Bullard.
Robert was a long time resident of Baytown. He spent his career working in the petrochemical industry drilling wells. He was employed with Mitchell Energy and retired in 1997. Robert was a lifelong hunter, and avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and loving wife of 48 years, Billie J. Bullard.
He is survived by his son, Robert L. Bullard and wife Elaine; daughter, Dianna Raney; son, Clifton Bullard and wife Beth; 3 grandchildren, Robert J. Bullard, Lisa M. Lazdins, Patrick O’Sullivan; 2 great grandchildren, Hudson Bullard, Grayson Bullard; 4 sisters, Bertha Wells, Ruby Moore, Francis Ashcraft, and Molly Pirtle.
The family will receive friends for visitation from10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Navarre Funeral Home.
