Ona Wynn Smallwood, age 84, Frenchburg, KY, passed away Saturday in the Windsor Care, Mount Sterling, KY, after an extended illness.
She was born March 18, 1926 in Menifee County, KY, a daughter of the late Thomas William & Carrie Ellen (Egelston) Wynn.
She was a member of the Slate Creek Pentecostal Church, Means, KY, and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Clinton Smallwood; one daughter, Roberta Williams; one sister, Ordean Woodward; and a grandson, Robert Smallwood.
Surviving is one daughter, Darlene (Jeff) Clayton, Frenchburg, KY; and four sons, Robert Smallwood, Frenchburg, KY, Donald (Jami)Smallwood, Frenchburg, KY, Charles (Carol) Smallwood, Wilmington,NC, and Roger (Marsha) Smallwood, Mount Sterling, KY. Three sisters, Olene Peck and Opal Brown, both of Frenchburg, KY; and Orpha Agee, Middletown, Ohio.
15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
