Per A. Frank's book, "A Geist Relation-200 Years in America" written in 1940 of extensive research, page 286:
"Sarah Falck-Reed was born at Leck Kill, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania on January 19, 1838 and died at Fryburg, Clarion County on April 6, 1876. She is buried in the Dahner (Dehner) cemetery near Fryburg and a tombstone marks her grave...She married David E. Reed on ___1856 and they had fourteen children:
Emma, Catherine, Elizabeth, Mary M., Jeremiah, Sarah, Obed, Franklin (William Franklin), Harvey, Oscar, Alvin, Ira, Ada L., and Belle M. Reed."

The memorial for D.E. Reed must have been for Mrs. D.E. Reed, as these are her birth and death dates and location of burial. Her husband was a minister, Rev. David E. Reed who was born in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania 1837 and died at Cogan Station Lycoming County, Pennsylvania on November 1889 and is buried in the Lutheran cemtery (Cogan Station), at Cogan Station and a tombstone marks his grave.
