Phillip Branson Garrett, 70, of Neelyville, Mo., passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Garrett was born on August 10, 1948, at Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the late Cleo and Ruby (Gamblin) Garrett. He worked as a Farmer and enjoyed raising watermelons and tomatoes, working and lotto scratchers.

On Nov. 20, 1967 he married Judy Ann Colburn in Acorn, Mo. She preceded him in death on Jan. 20, 2009.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly “Kim” Laird of Lesterville, Mo., Christopher Garrett of Naylor and Nicholas Garrett and Jennifer of Naylor; brothers, Jerry Garrett and wife Roseanna of Naylor, Bob Garrett and wife Paulett of Poplar Bluff; 16 grandchildren; 1 great grandson and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Ruby Garrett; as well as one sister, Sandy Arrington.

Visitation for Branson will be December 4, 2018 starting at 5pm till 7pm in the Fowler & Sons Funeral Home of Neelyville with the funeral Wednesday December 5, 2018 starting at 1 pm. burial will be in the Eaton Cemetery with Gene McElhaney officiating.
