Margaret E. Sedwick, 100, Martinsville, died at 8:45 p.m. May 28, 2007, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born Oct. 21, 1906, in Martinsville, she was the daughter of the late Alva G. and Flora B. (Moore) Cramer. She was the widow of James B. Sedwick, whom she married April 20, 1935. He died May 17, 1979.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Martinsville. She was a 1925 graduate of Martinsville High School. She was a member of the Women's Club of Martinsville, Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority, the Order of the Eastern Star and the Columbia Club in Indianapolis. She was an avid Bridge player and a well-known Martinsville historian, helping several families with their genealogy.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert M. Cramer; and two sisters, Henrietta M. Siscoe and Louise Michael.
Services were entrusted to Costin Funeral Chapel of Martinsville, Indiana.
