Leona T. Retzlaff, 71, of 12633 Lakeshore Road, Two Rivers, died Sunday afternoon, December 23, 1990 at her home. Funeral services will be 10 am Thursday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Rev. Paul Schumacher will officiate with burial at Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
She was born April 7, 1919 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late George and Josephine Pionek Shikowski. She married Wilmer Retzlaff on February 2, 1951 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Gibson. She was employed for several years as a Cook at Two Rivers Elks Club and a member of Ladies of Holy Redeemer.
Survivors include her husband; a son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Kathy Retzlaff of Green Bay; two brothers, Alois Shikowski and Roland Shikowski, both of Two Rivers; a sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Andy Wichlacz of Two Rivers; a brother-in-law, Milton Retzlaff of Two Creeks; two grandchildren, Michelle and Mark Retzlaff and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Elsie Shikowski and a brother-in-law, Leslie Retzlaff.
Friends may call at Klein and Stangel, Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, 5 pm to 8 pm Wednesday. Memorial Service will be held at 7 pm Wednesday.
