WILMER A. RETZLAFF

Wilmer A. Retzlaff, age 85, from the town of Two Creeks, died Thursday, March 15, 2001, at Wisteria Haus, Two Rivers.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2001, at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, Two Creeks. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Maurice Hoppe. Burial will follow at Forest View Cemetery, Two Rives.
Wilmer was born March 15, 1916, in Two Creeks, son of the late William and Mathilda Lehrmann Retzlaff. On February 2, 1951, he married the former Leona Shikowski at St. John's Lutheran Church in the town of Gibson. She preceded him in death on December 23, 1990. Wilmer was a lifelong resident of the Two Creeks area. He and his wife farmed for many years in the town of Two Creeks and retired from the town maintenance department of the town of Two Creeks. He was a charter member of the town of Two Creeks Fire Department.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Kathy Retzlaff, Green Bay; two grandchildren, Michelle Retzlaff, Green Bay and Mark Retzlaff, Green Bay; one brother, Milton Retzlaff, Two Creeks; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, good neighbors and many friends also survive. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Leslie Retzlaff; one nephew, Keith Retzlaff.
Friends may call at Klein & Stangel Funeral Home Sunday evening from 4-7 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Wisteria Haus for their care and compassion shown to Wilmer.
