"MRS. JAMES GALYON
Funeral services were held at Shiloh church Wednesday for Mrs. James Galyon whose death occurred at the family home near Shilo.
She is survived by her husband, four children, four sisters, Mrs. J. H. James, Mrs. C. Galyon and Mrs. Alvin Roach of New Market, and three brothers, J. J. Moody, Glen and Hugh Moody, all of Grainger county."

Bessie Moody Galyon has been confused in some family trees with this Bessie Moody, who never married and spent the last fifteen years of her life as a patient at Western State Hospital in Kentucky.
