WILLIAMSPORT, Md. — Amy Elizabeth Deaner Shirley, 41, of Williamsport, Md., passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017.
She was born on April 14, 1975, in Cumberland, Md., to Anita E. Higson Deaner of Williamsport and the late Wendell D. Deaner.
Amy was a graduate of Williamsport High School and also of Hagerstown Community College with a degree in business.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband of 11 years, Kevin Wayne Shirley; son, Jacob Rose of Williamsport; son, Dakota Rose of Williamsport; and sister, Julie A. Hixon and her husband, Troy, of Hagerstown, Md., and their children, Emily and Ben.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, on Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral home will be open after 9 a.m. on Friday for the convenience of family and friends.
Burial will be private.
