Steve D. Bailey, 60, of Bloomington passed away Wednesday January 2, 2019 in Indianapolis.

Born May 6, 1958 in Greene County, Indiana the son of Burl Nicholas “Pat” Bailey and Phyllis Joan (Pedro) Alexander.

Steve was a U.S. Air Force veteran working as a Munition Specialist, he was a member of the American Legion and VFW in Indianapolis.

Surviving relatives include his children, Daniel Bailey of Indianapolis, Jennifer Bailey of Colorado, two grandchildren, Jonas Sueppel and Adelyne Bailey, one sister Pam Gaines of Bloomington and one brother Randy Joe Bailey of Bloomfield.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 10 to 10:30 on Saturday morning at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Keith Thompson officiating. Burial will follow with military honors at Carmichael Cemetery.
