Carolyn Elizabeth Stockton, age 41, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Wednesday January 16, 2019. Carolyn was born January 7, 1978 in Dallas, Texas to parents Douglas W. and Theresa C. Stockton. She graduated from Ford High School in 1996. Throughout her life she held various positions in sales. Carolyn enjoyed playing with her beloved dog Shelby. She also enjoyed nature, and the changing of the seasons. Her favorite time of the year was the Fall. She loved being outdoors and she was known to hug a tree from time to time. Carolyn was affectionately known as "Red" to her family and friends, and she will be truly missed.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her son Jonathan Adcock; paternal grandparents Edward L. and Irene A. Robertson and maternal grandparents Frank and Velma Stockton. She is survived by her mother Theresa Stockton; father Doug Stockton; brothers Douglas F. and Jakeob L. Stockton, companion Robert Bishop, her dog Shelby and many other family members and friends.
A funeral service for Carolyn will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home, 1111 Military Parkway, Mesquite, TX 75149.
