She is survived by her husband, Richard Burchfield, a daughter, Mellissa Curtis; a son, Shane Lee Curtis; a grandson Deaven Curtis; a sister, Melody Merrick; two brothers, Rodney Ray Royals and his wife Carolyn; and Joe Franklin Curtis; and her best friend Anita Mylonas. Services 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 14, 2004 in the Rosewood Chapel of Branstetter-Merritt Funeral Home, 7720 South Pennsylvania, Oklahoma with interment in Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, Oklahoma.
