She attended St. Mary's Hall in San Antonio, Texas, Low-Heywood in Darien, Connecticut, high school in Austin, Texas, Russel Sage College in Troy, New York and the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. She was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority, S. P. E. Womens Auxiliary and was a volunteer for 15 years at the Waller County Library.
Nancy and her husband, Joe W. Bull resided in Brookshire, Texas from 1971 until 2002.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe W. Bull; her son, Ward J. Bull; and her mother, Frances Crawford.
Survivors include her daughter, Frances Cobb; her son-in-law, Robert Cobb; her grandsons, Joseph, Jacob and Eli; and granddaughter, Emily.
