Patricia was a graduate of Martinsville High School, a member of the Assembly of God Church in Bethany, and worked at Lambert's Cap Factory.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Dora.
Patricia is also survived by her daughter, Tammy O'Neal, Gallatin, MO; 3 sons, Brian O'Neal, St. Joseph, MO, Scott (Jo) O'Neal, Trenton, MO and Jeffrey (Stefanie) O'Neal, Bethany, MO; siblings, Ruth Ann, Jim, Joe, Steve, Ed, Jane, Lois, Art, Chuck, Margaret, and Sylvia; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
