They had the following children:
Joseph Spencer, born 26 May 1770 at Kinderhook
Hannah Spencer, born 4 July 1772 at Kinderhook
Ichabod Spencer, Jr, born about 1774 at Kinderhook
Charles O. Spencer

Lt Ichabod married second, HANNAH JANE JEWETT on 7 December 1779 at Kinderhook.
They had the following children:
Polly Spencer
Jewett Spencer
Lucy Spencer
Oliver Spencer

His estate was insolvent when it was inventoried.

Daughter of Capt. Nathan Jewett, Jr. and Deborah Griswold.

Revolutionary War veteran. Died at 74 years. "An officer on the Revolutionary War" on headstone. In Capt. Jewett's Co. 1775 - Lexington Alarm in 1775. 2nd Lieut. 1778. First Reg't at Penn. Valley Forge, Germantown, etc. in assault at Stony Point 15 July 1779. 2nd Lieut. Capt. Bingham's Co. 5th Reg't 1781-1783. Lieut Provisional Reg't of 1781.
