Shawn Thomas Crawford, 30, died October 11, 2003 at his home in Florissant, Colorado
He was born Feb. 13, 1973 to Donald R. Crawford and Karen (Bollinger) Scott in Liberal, Kansas.
He married Valerie Woodward on April 9, 1993 in Liberal, Kansas while on leave from the Army.
He was in the U.S. Army for three years as a CH-47 Chinook helicopter Mechanic 67-U, stationed at Barbers Point Naval Air Station in Hawaii. After his Honorable Discharge from the Army he devoted himself to his growing family and as a very talented welder. Shawn was very talented with his hands.

He is survived by his wife Valerie, two sons; Clayson Thomas Crawford and Seth Thomas Crawford; two daughters, Courtney Cherie and Shaley Nichole Crawford all of Florissant, Colo; his parents, one step-father, Jerry Scott, Elkhart, his mother-in-law, Vriginia Woodward, Liberal; his grandparents, Tom and Naomi Bollinger, Florissant, Colo., Ezra and Lillian Scott, Turpin, Okla. Tommy and Alice Crawford, Panhandle, Texas, Ted and Gerry Parish, Dolan Springs, Ariz.; one brother, Jared Trevor Scott, Wichita; one sister, Summer Crawford, Phoenix, Ariz. and many other family and friends.
