Rhonda L. Fair, 56, of Beloit, WI, died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at University Hospital, Madison, WI.

She was born November 30, 1959 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Oliver and Lorraine (Martin) Tinder. Rhonda attended school at Turner High School and Blackhawk Technical College, receiving her Associates Degree in Phlebotomy. She married Gerald L. Geister on August 28, 1987. Rhonda later married Randy L. Fair on November 25, 2006.

Rhonda was formerly employed by Alcoa, Fibs in Rockton, IL, and most recently by Precision Dose as a Quality Control Supervisor. She was a member of the Rockton Lions Club, Wimpy’s Fund, Lions OSD (Old Settler’s Days) Committee, Rock Valley Ski Association, and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Rhonda was also a Rockford Ice Hogs Booster season ticket holder and a Beloit Snappers fan. She enjoyed traveling, camping, billiards, darts, and bowling on several leagues.

Survivors include her husband, Randy; children, Amanda (Tony Sears) Geister of Dunlap, IL, Ashley Geister of Dixon, IL, and Miles Geister of Beloit, WI; step-daughter Jennifer (Diego Gomez) Fair of Roscoe, IL; granddaughters, Kaelyn Tuttle and Olympia Rose Sears; sister, Sharon Gorton of Beloit, WI; brother, Chris (Sherri Martin) Tinder of Beloit, WI; step brother, Rodney (Peggy) Van Fleet of Beloit, WI; brother-in-law, Mike (Michele) Fair of Durand, IL; sister-in-law, Renee (Eric) Schreffler of Vicksberg, MI; nieces and nephews, Melissa (William) Corum, Angela Gorton, Samantha Tinder, Zach Fair, Courtney and Lucas Perry; great nieces, Megan Corum, Natalie Gorton, Emma Corum, and Macy and Morgan Tinder; mother-in-law, Marilyn Kiefer; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herb (Linda) Fair; numerous friends.

She was predeceased by her parents; step father, Russel Van Fleet; and brother-in-law, Jeff Gorton.

Memorial Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd. Beloit, WI.

Memorials are preferred to be given in her name to the Wimpy’s Fund of Rockton, IL.
