Dee was born January 24, 1939 the daughter of Velber M. and Ruth Irene Blue Beasley.
She is survived by step-mother, Roszilla Beasley of Paxton; one son, Donald (Kathy) Lilya of Hendersonville, NC; one daughter, Deborah Sue Lilya of Spring Hill, FL; three grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one sister, Susan Beasley of Champaign; brother-in-law, Norman (Margie) Hopper; and special family members, Jackie, Cory and Terri Mobley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Bertha Hopper; and her cat, Sammy.
Dee worked at ACO Hardware in Dearborn, MI for 29 years before moving back to the area where she worked at Toll Manufacturing in Gibson City for several years.
She attended The Upper Room Bible Church, Paxton. Dee enjoyed plants, flowers, and working in her yard.
