ROGERSVILLE – Roy Vance Helton, 70, passed away on May 8, 2018 at VA Mountain Home, with his family present by his side.

Roy served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He served as a deacon at Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church.

A military graveside will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Miller Cemetery with Brother Pat Hammonds officiating. Military honors will be conducted by American Legion Post 3/265 Honor Guard. Music will be provided by Darrell & Shirlene Manis. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 AM.

Pallbearers will be sons Mark & Shannon Helton, son-in-laws Kevin Draper & Jay Dalida, grandsons Austin Draper & Josh Davis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church.

A special thanks to the VA Base Home Care Program, UT Home Heath, Sabra Jones & Whitney Barrett.
