On Thursday, Dec. 23, 1965, Mary Ellen Veiock, wife of the late William G. Sample; mother of William A., and Jack C. Sample; also four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends Friday evening, 7-9 p.m., Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday 2-4 p.m. when services will be held at 4 p.m. at the PAUL C. FORSAITH FUNERAL HOME, 126 Hazelwood Ave., Hazelwood.

Mary and William also had another son: Jack Clayton Sample, born: 7 Aug 1920 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pa and died: 22 May 1996 in Englewood, Sarasota, Florida. Unknown where he is buried. Jack was married to a Frances Louise Sipe, born: 30 Oct 1922 in Hazelwood, Allegheny, Pa and died: 5 July 1987 in Sarasota County, Florida. Unknown where she is buried.
