Gladys “Cookie” Collins, 71, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. She was born on August 13, 1947 in Center Point, the daughter of John Fulk and Hester (Lints) Fulk Smith.

Gladys collected fiber optic angels and loved to crochet. She enjoyed playing computer games, working puzzles and painting ceramics. Gladys was a retired press operator for 12 years at CBS Records. She was also employed with J.W. Davis Gardens, Double Inn Diner, Ivy Hill, Happeco and IAC

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Bud Collins; her parents, John and Hester Fulk; brothers, George Fulk, John Fulk; her sisters, Mary Braden, Thelma Fulk, Ida Mae Martin and Sadie Smith; a son-in-law, Charles Branham, Sr; and a great grandson, Andrew Stanton, Jr.

Survivors include her daughters, Mandy Nichole Collins (Jennifer), Janet Eaglin (Terry), Loretta Branham, Joyce Scank (Richard), Lisa Collins and Betty Bashaw (James); her brothers, Tom and Joe Fulk; Sisters, Ruth Reynolds, Ruby Barnett and Margaret Fulk; grandchildren, Charles Branham, Jr., Robert Branham, Derek Eaglin, Jessica Springman (Keith), Terry Eaglin, Jr., Kelly Collins, Tracy Collins, Travis Collins (Stephanie), Hunter Bashaw, Cheyanne Bashaw, April Stanton (Andrew), Michael Trump, Robert Trump, Toni Weir and Charlie Bob Weir; and several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
