Mr. Charles Brantley, Jr., age 84, of Third Ave, Tennille, died Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Washington County Regional Medical Center. A graveside funeral service will held on Thursday, January 17th at 2:00 p.m. in Zeta Cemetery.
Mr. Brantley was born in Oconee, the son of the late Charles Brantley Sr. and the late Willie Mae Salter Hartley. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and spent his working career as an appliance repair person. He was affiliated with the Church of God and had a passion for fishing.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville. Donations may be made to Brantley Support Fund, P.O. Box 1016, Sandersville, GA. 31082.
