Born in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of Francis and Margaret Timmons. He attended Bullard Havens Technical School, and was a builder by trade. He also worked at BIC Corporation in Milford, CT.
He is survived by his three children. He was predeceased by his parents, his brother Francis, and sister Muriel.
Burial at St. Michael's Cemetery in Stratford, CT.
