Rose Marie (Robertson) Gallagher, 89, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at her home in Bemidji, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one set of twins.
Rose was born on July 2, 1929, in Drayton, ND, the daughter of Peter and Esther (Lindenburger) Robertson. She was raised and educated in Drayton, graduating from Drayton Public High School in 1947.
Rose attended the St. Francis School of Nursing. She worked at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Farmer’s Union Oil, the Walsh County Redistricting Board, as well as raising the children and helping out on the farm. In 1999 she and her husband moved to Bemidji, MN.
She enjoyed gardening, crafts, painting, drawing, ceramics, jewelry, and reading. She loved her family and friends and loved spending time with them, making special memories.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 18, 2019, at the St. Philip’s Catholic Church in Bemidji, MN with Father Chuck Huck officiating. Interment will be in the St. Edward’s Catholic Cemetery in Drayton, ND.
