Mrs. Richard Mitchell Sr.AYR\emdash Mrs. Richard Mitchell Sr., 70, of Ayr, died at her Northumberland Street home, Wednesday. The former Meta Brutzki, she was born in Bright. She was married to Richard Mitchell, 51 years ago and the couple lived in Bright and Drumbo, before moving to Ayr, 30 years ago. Her husband died three years ago. Surviving are three sons, Howard of RR 2, Paris, Clarence of New Dundee and Richard at home; four daughters, Mrs. Murray (Stella) Smith and Mrs. Gilbert (Helen) Pipe, both of Ayr, Mrs. Thomas (Laura) Hogg of Galt, Mrs. Alex (Blanche) King of Montreal; four brothers, Edwin and William, both of Waterloo, Clayton of Kitchener, and Gordon of Detroit; two sisters, Lillian of Waterloo and Mrs. ClaraBaer of Brantford; 28 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The body is at the W. 0. Ball Funeral Home, where the funeral will be conducted, Friday, at 2:30 p.m., by Rev. John Pyke. Burial will be in Ayr Cemetery.
