Emma Jean Holman passed away on Thursday, 3 January 2019.

Jean was born on 2 May 1930 in Lockney, Texas to Albert and Beta Lill.

On 30 June 1950, Jean married the love of her life, Charles “Buster” Holman. Their union was blessed by the addition of four children. Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Jean enjoyed traveling, waterskiing, square dancing, and sewing. She loved watching the sunrises and sunsets at Lake Tanglewood.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory are Jean's sweetheart, Buster Holman; their children, Dan Holman, Don (Kathy) Holman, James (Vickie) Holman; and Cindy Giebel; her siblings, Mary Johnson, Jimmy Lill and Patsy Brasher; along with eight grandchildren, Dylan, Eric, Jeremiah, Shawn, and Zachary Holman, Joshua Goolsby, Kyle Bradley, and Kyla Applegate; ten great-grandchildren; and many other, loving, family members.
