He was employed at Liberty Glass Company as a Shift Foreman. Joe met and later married the love of his life, Jessie on November 3, 1966. They recently celebrated 52 years of marriage. He was a member of Pickett Prairie Baptist Church.
Joe enjoyed working on his farm and fishing at his lake house on Grand Lake in his spare time. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jessie of Sapulpa; his sons, Jerry Conley of Sapulpa and David Conley of Sapulpa; and daughter, Debra Smith and spouse, Stan Smith of Sapulpa; and 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Joe was preceded in death by his father and mother; and 2 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Services will be on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 10 am at Smith Funeral Home located at 1208 S. Main, Sapulpa Oklahoma.
