Rhea Ray Garrett, age 54, of Auxvasse, Missouri, died Monday, October 11, 1999 at Ellis Fischel State Cancer Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Rhea was born October 24, 1944, in Fulton, Missouri, the daughter of Eddie Ray Williams and Martha Owen (Vermillion) Williams.

Survivors include: one daughter, Debbie Garrett of Biloxi, Mississippi; two sons, Tracy Garrett and Vance Garrett, both of Independence, Missouri; one sister, Sharon Kaye Williams Davis of Columbia, Missouri; her step-mother, Kaye Williams of Auxvasse, Missouri; two brothers, Eddie Ray WIlliams Jr. and Mark Trevor Williams; a sister, Stacy (Williams) ?; two grandchildren; numerous cousins, including Tommy Paint "T.P." Owen of California state and Patty (Williams) Atterberry, who were her partners in fun; paternal aunt, Clarise Deane (Williams) Owen of Auxvasse, Missouri.

Rhea was preceded in death by her mother, Martha; her paternal grandparents, Joseph Thomas Williams and Lela Lessie (Craighead) WIlliams, who raised Rhea and her sister, Sharon: her maternal grandparents; paternal uncles, Thomas Stanley "Tommy" Williams and Samuel "Leslie" Strait.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Victory Fellowship Church in Fulton, Missouri.
