Evelyn Petrick, age 81, of E4896 Petrick Lane, Kewaunee, died Aug. 9, 2001 at Bellin Memorial Hospital.
Evelyn was born June 22, 1920 at Two Rivers, daughter of the late Louis and Clara (Sand) Lehrmann. She had a teaching degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and taught grade school in Brillion, Wis., she later was a substitute teacher for the Kewaunee School District and taught special education at Pilsen, Wis. She was a member of the Kewaunee County Homemakers Club, and a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Creeks. On June 26, 1947 she married J. Harold Petrick in Two Creeks. He preceded her in death Aug. 1, 1992.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law: Dale Petrick, Kewaunee, Glenn and Mary Anna Petrick, Jackson, Wis.; two sisters-in-law: Dorothy Kleiman, Kewaunee and Marie Jergenson, Mishicot. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2001 and until the time of services on Monday at Buchanan Funeral Home, Kewaunee. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, 2001 at the funeral home. Officiating will be the Rev. Maurice Hoppe with burial at Forestview (sic) Cemetery, Two Rivers.
