Jo Ann McDonald was born November 24, 1952, in Millington, TN, the daughter of Paul Avon and Jean Elizabeth Myers McDonald. She married William Allison February 14, 1980, at the Church of Christ, Moline. She retired from John Deere Headquarters in 2013.
Jo Ann was an “Air Force Brat”, growing up all over the world. She loved to make people laugh and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; children, Brandy Dalessandro, Carbon Cliff, IL, Billy (Amanda) Allison, Moline, and Britney (Joe) Johnson, East Moline; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce (Dennis) Routon, Paragould, AR; brother-in-law, Steve Devine, Bettendorf, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, Matthew; and sister, Janice Devine.
