Jimmy Ray Sanders passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 66. Jimmy was born April 23, 1952 in Blytheville, Arkansas to parents, Charlie and Clara Sanders.

When Jimmy was in the 4th grade he met the love of his life, Joyce. The two were married later in life and were able to spend the next 48 years together, before God called him home. Jimmy was the Office Manager for Crittenden Publishing Company and then later founded Delta Office Supply in West Memphis. He loved to golf when he wasn’t working and was a member of the Marion Golf and Athletic Club as well as Tiger Point Country Club in Gulf Breeze, Florida. He also volunteered coaching of the Girl’s Golf Team for 13 years with the Gulf Breeze High School. He helped the local community kids in West Memphis by coaching baseball and basketball at the Boys Club and the American Legion Post 53.

Jimmy leaves his loving wife, Joyce; one brother, Terry Sanders of West Memphis; two sisters, Charlene Oswalt (Glen) of Forrest City, Arkansas, and Lynn Kendrick (Tom) of Louisville, Kentucky, along with a number of nieces and nephews who will miss him deeply. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will take place at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home on Thursday evening, December 27, 2018 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM, with services to take place on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 2:00PM.
