Dorothy Gene Cook Pierce, age 84, of Dublin, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Serenity Place surrounded by her loving family.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Pine Forest United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service hour at the church.
Mrs. Pierce was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church and the ladies Sunday School Class. She loved to bowl and was prior President of the Dublin Jr. Bowling Association. She was also a partner of the Telephone Pioneers and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Pierce was preceded in death by her parents, Tom Lee and Hattie Holliday Cook, and brothers, Raymond Cook and Jack Cook.
